Grand Canyon West
Tour Overview
Experience one of the world’s great natural wonders on an adventure from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon West Rim. Your journey begins with hotel pickup before traveling through the Mojave Desert—one of North America’s largest deserts—toward our first stop, the iconic Hoover Dam, a remarkable feat of engineering completed in 1936 and standing over 726 feet tall above the Colorado River.
From the Hoover Dam, the journey continues through one of the largest Joshua Tree forests in the region, where guests have the opportunity to step out, explore, and experience this unique desert landscape up close.
Our adventure then brings us to the mighty West Rim of the Grand Canyon, where the experience truly comes to life. Guests will have time to explore two breathtaking viewpoints—Eagle Point and Guano Point—each offering a distinct and unforgettable perspective of the canyon.
At Eagle Point, guests may choose how they experience the canyon: walk the rim trails while learning about the Hualapai Tribe and their cultural heritage, take in sweeping canyon views, or optionally step out onto the Skywalk, a glass bridge extending approximately 70 feet beyond the canyon rim and suspended over a 4,000-foot drop to the canyon floor below. Guests may also choose to dine at the Sky View Restaurant, a sit-down restaurant overlooking the canyon that features traditional Hualapai-inspired dishes, along with wine and a kids’ menu.
At Guano Point, guests are treated to a nearly 360-degree panoramic view of the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River that carved it over millions of years. Explore the historic remnants of the Guano Point cableway, once used in the 1950s to transport bat guano from the canyon floor for fertilizer production, and enjoy an easy yet awe-inspiring hike to one of the most scenic overlooks in the region.
